Now, women are thanking her for speaking up about her experience with the painful disease endometriosis.
Endometriosis is a gynaecological condition that affects an estimated one in ten women – symptoms include heavy periods and severe cramps.

In an Instagram post, Ridley said she was diagnosed with endo at age 15, but recently found out she has Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) too:

She said that she was making progress with the help of a dermatologist, and encouraged women to get tested if they feel that something is not quite right.
